A deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay, whichever is
greater, is required to secure a reservation. Acceptable means of
payment Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash or or personal check. Balance
of payment is due upon arrival. For your insurance, reservations may
only be made or cancelled by the party intending to stay at the Inn,
except for gift certificate purchases. Please note, there is a 2-night
minimum stay in season and for Rally & Race week/weekend, and since
holiday weekends and school vacations are very popular times, early
reservations are recommended. In the off-season, 1 night stays welcome
upon availability. All rates are based on double occupancy and include
a bountiful, home-cooked breakfast, and enjoyment of our heated, indoor
pool. The inn is not appropriate for children under the age of 8. The
only exception is in our private annex building. Or when you rent the
whole inn for your family reunion, wedding, or other special occasion.
Cancellation
Policy: There is a $25.00 service charge per room for each of the below
cancellations
Due to the intimate size of our Inn any cancellations affect us
significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Reservations canceled less
than 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the total deposit.
Reservations canceled within
72 hours of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the
stay.
No shows will be billed for
the full amount due.
Stay’s shortened after
arrival will be billed for the full amount due We reserve the right to charge the amount
due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up
and confirmed in writing via e-mail of regular US Mail. Special events
or group bookings require a 60 day cancellation policy.
Check in time is from 3 pm - 8 pm to change this time please call the
inn to make your arrangements. Late check out may be available until 2
PM at $25 per room.
