• The Inn at Danbury is a smoke-free environment.
• Check-in Time - 3:00 P.M - 8:00 PM. Early and late check in is ONLY possible with advanced notice to the innkeepers. An early check in charge of $25.00 may be applied in some cases.
• Check-out Time - 11:00 A.M. So that we may maintain the Inn's upkeep and accommodate the incoming guests, in a timely fashion, late check-outs will be charged a fee of $25 per hour.
• All rates are based on double occupancy, and must have added 8% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax, plus 5% gratuity charge.
• A full country breakfast is included with the room rate and is served hot daily from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
• The Bistro is open for dinner for your convenience so you don't have to leave once you've gotten settled into your room after a long drive. The Bistro hours flex in operation depending on the number of guests we have staying at the Inn.
• For your convenience, The Inn at Danbury has a full liquor license. In order to comply with state regulations, we respectfully request that any alcoholic beverages that you bring to the Inn be confined to your room.
• Gift Certificates may be obtained in person or via phone, and can be made in any amount.

  

Room Rates

The Inn at Danbury prides itself on offering its guests the maximum for the minimum. We hope that our reasonable prices will make vacationing with your family or friends not only enjoyable but also affordable. All rates are based on double occupancy and include a bountiful, home-cooked breakfast, and enjoyment of our heated, indoor pool. Please note there is two-night minimum in season. We recommend making reservations early, especially during the ski and golf season, as well as holiday weekends, Rally & Race Week/Weekend and school vacation weeks in order to insure your accommodations. In the off-season, 1 night stays welcome upon availability. The inn is not appropriate for children under the age of 8. The only exception is in our private annex building. Or when you rent the whole inn for your family reunion, wedding, or other special occasion.

Prices are based on double occupancy. There is a charge for each additional guests of $25.00 per night. Rates do not include 8% NH rooms & meals tax or gratuity. Weekend rates apply for ALL Holiday times, Laconia Bike Week, School and Ski Vacation times and Foliage Season..

Foliage season 2006 Sept 30 - October 15, Christmas Eve - New Years Day, Martin Luther King weekend, January 13 and 14, 2007, February 16 - 26, 2007, Bike Week 2007 June 10 - 17.

Reservations
A deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure a reservation. Acceptable means of payment Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash or or personal check. Balance of payment is due upon arrival. For your insurance, reservations may only be made or cancelled by the party intending to stay at the Inn, except for gift certificate purchases. Please note, a 2 night minimums is required on all weekends. During our slower season you can check with the innkeepers to see if availability is open for just one night 48 hours prior to the weekend you desire.  If space is still available we will consider renting the room out for just one night. Holiday weekends and school vacations are very popular times, early reservations are recommended. In the off-season, 1 night stays welcome upon availability.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate size of our Inn any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy., if you cancel your reservation and provide 30 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented, we will issue a letter of credit good for a stay for anytime within one year. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay No shows will be billed for the full amount due.

We reserve the right to charge the amount due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up and confirmed in writing via e-mail of regular US Mail. Special events or group bookings require a 60 day cancellation policy.
